Knife sharpening: If your knife is really blunt and perhaps beyond the help of the excellent knife sharpeners we stock in the store,  then you may require the services of a specialist knife sharpening company.  Nella provides services to the restaurant trade, but will sharpen knives for members of the public if the knives are taken to their unit.
